In the event of a medical emergency or when a pregnancy is "nonmedically feasible," the "Unchild with Disabilities Protection and Education Act" grants freedom. It was also one of the most controversial legislation voted on during the 2022 legislative session. They went on to say that it would better protect disabled people.
