This week, Living With Disabilities will touch base on multiple reasons a person takes medication when dealing with a condition.
Just like some roads can take you to a dead end, life takes us on numerous trips. Your heart starts to race as soon as those seemingly endless roads appear. The phrase "Medication," which no one truly wants to hear, has been prescribed, sending many people on rescue missions. Before the eyes open, this adventure will start, and it will last until nightfall.
Regardless of their symptoms, those with chronic pain must take medicine. giving the impression of a running notepad. similar to the call nurse button next to the bed. In fact, for some people, this is a lifesaver, regardless of how many medication bottles are in the medicine cabinet or on the nightstand. In this situation, people's bodies become dependent on the drug since they take it continuously from dawn till night.
Not a cure, it assists in treating the illness. Living can be challenging without the drug, therefore taking it makes life bearable.
Why is a person's body dependent on medication? The only way to treat a condition, regardless of whether it was there at birth or developed over time, is with medication. Some illnesses can only be managed with medication because they are incurable. The illness is still incurable.
For instance, medication is required for a person with a thyroid issue in order for their thyroid to operate properly. The thyroid will not function normally without medication. A person with fibromyalgia may experience flare-ups, exhaustion, and difficulty sleeping. Numerous other fibromyalgia symptoms can contribute to chronic pain.
Medication is necessary for the survival of those with physical or mental illnesses. As the host would say, "Lifeline." From the moment she wakes up until she goes to bed, she makes sure to grab her lifeline. People who suffer from various conditions must contend with this. We're not drug addicts; in fact, our prescriptions keep us alive.
